We offer free worldwide shipping on all purchases exceeding $50.00 worldwide. If your order is valued less than $50.00, we require a small $5.95 shipping fee.

Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing time –All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping time – Many factors can affect transportation time. We make every effort to ship your product out as soon as possible within the time frame that is listed on each product page.

Return & Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

• Any item with obvious signs of use
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
